Easy Tips to get YOU started on the fitness track!

 

With anything, getting started is usually the biggest obstacle.  However, once YOU are in motion, productivity that is in the direction of successful achievement is unstoppable!

 

For starters:

 

-Just get moving!  Visit:  the blog on this website and my fat into the fire free blog for more  tips and helpful information! 

 

You do not have to start with an ‘exercise program’.  Just start a new type of program called ‘Enjoy Life and Have Fun’!

 

Get out of your house and visit a park.  Walk a good nature trail!  Breathe in some fresh air.  Take some fun games with you.  A soccer ball, football, Frisbee, any toy or game you used to enjoy years ago!

 

Get your friends, family, or pet to join you.  Or go alone and:

 

-Get back in touch with the you inside you.

 

Be creative and imagine great things. 

 

-Start making healthier food choices. 

 

You do not have to abandon the things you like; start to make better decisions about the food you eat.

 

Small positive changes like this automatically cause greater changes that you will thrive on.  Just get the ball rolling in the right direction and it will keep itself going!
